We are a leading Utah Valley dentist, and we train our staff on the newest, proven dental techniques and procedures available. The Francis Dental Team
Dr. William R. Francis, DDS
Dr. Francis was raised in Provo, Utah where he graduated from Provo High school. He then served a 2-year mission in Italy. Upon his return, he attended Brigham Young University and then completed his dental training at Creighton University, where he graduated in 1987. He returned to Provo and joined his father’s dental practice. With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Francis is a member of the American Dental Association, Utah Dental Association and the Provo District Dental Society.
Dr. Francis and his wife Vickie have four married children and 15 grandchildren. He is a private pilot and he loves the outdoors, camping, hiking, and jeeping. He finds great satisfaction helping his patients with all of their dental needs.
Olivia, Hygienist
Olivia grew up in Idaho, then moved to Utah to attend school where she graduated from the Utah College of Dental Hygiene. Her favorite things about being a dental hygienist are building friendships with patients and helping them love their smiles! Olivia and her husband, Connor, currently live in Provo where they love spending time with family. Olivia enjoys longboarding and watching movies in her free time
Connie Kester, Account Manger
Connie has been with Francis Dental for twenty-five plus years. She says it attests to the professionalism, integrity, and family-oriented attributes of Dr. Francis and the practice.
Connie enjoys forming relationships with patients. She loves being with family. Connie enjoys a good laugh, pickleball, golf and lots of doggie attention.
Debbie Slade, Office Manager
Debbie has worked with Francis Dental since 2010. Debbie’s background is in marketing and project management. She is a dedicated office manager, setting high standards of excellence for all employees. Debbie focuses on patient loyalty by forging strong relationships with them.
Debbie and her husband love their dog, Cooper, and 18 grandchildren. She loves reading, cooking, camping, and outdoor adventures in their side-by-side.
Camie Mercardo, Assistant
Camie has worked as a dental assistant for Francis Dental since 2000. Camie completed her dental assistant courses at The American Institute in Provo. She loves working with Dr. Francis and looks forward to making your dental visit go as smooth as possible.
Camie and her husband have 6 children that are all involved in sports. She loves being their biggest cheerleader. She also loves to do crafts and enjoys camping with her family.
Kat Ledkins, Assistant
Kat Ledkins has lived in Utah her whole life and is attending UVU while majoring in Dental Hygiene. She graduated from the dental assisting course at Mountainland Technical College, and loves working as an assistant.
She can’t wait to help make your dental experience with Dr. Francis and Dr. Seager be great. When she’s not working or doing homework, she enjoys the outdoors and cooking!
